Returns & Refunds

For a return, the item must be either damaged or an incorrect item. We cannot offer you a refund for other occurrences.

Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for damage on delivery from a service provider. However, we ask that you contact us so we can help either way.

Delivery
Orders are packed within 3-5 business days, but please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped in case of delays. Orders are processed on Wednesday’s, with tracking being sent on Thursday’s. All orders are sent with tracking. We cannot offer refunds for delayed shipments.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for Australian customers. If the item you have received is not the right size, we ask that you pay for the return shipping & after inspecting the item we will send the alternate size (if available) free of charge.
