You can cancel your order as long as it has not been marked as shipped.

Yes - enter your chosen delivery location & your cart will update with the shipping charges for chosen country.
We aim to make placing an order as easy as possible:
- Find the item you want to purchase.
- Select the size you want.
- Click Add to cart.
- Click on your shopping cart or go directly to the checkout and fill in your payment, billing and delivery details.
If your order has not been shipped and we are notified in time then yes we can change the address. Please email info@alphawolfcvlt.com with your order number, and what you would like to change the address to.
If the item has been marked as shipped unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
Due to the band's busy touring schedule it is not possible to get your order, or other item's signed by the band. Occasionally we have signed items for sale, or in competitions so make sure you have signed up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Unfortunately this can happen from time to time. If there's a mix up with your order please email us at info@alphawolfcvlt.com and we will get this fixed asap.
Items online are usually limited designs, if your size is sold out in most cases it will not get re stocked
Our online store is ran completely separate to the merchandise you find on tour, both are owned by the band but to avoid confusion we are unable to offer any refunds/exchanges. All tour merchandise sales are final however if you have received a faulty item please contact us and we will do our best to help.
